Melted on arrival

In the past these have been shipped with ice packs ("We do ship the chocolates in isolated bags with ice packs and through economy class"), and inexplicably on a 105 degree day in Santa Clara these five cartons of Ritter Chocolates were sent in a plain box! Melted; cannot give out. Need to replace in time for Oct 30 event.
